Are cleaning and dedupe really free?+
Yes — unlimited, on every plan and à la carte. We only charge to add data (enrichment), never to fix or de-duplicate what you already have.
What counts as a billable match?+
You're charged only when the waterfall returns a result that clears our confidence threshold and passes verification. If no provider has it, or nothing clears the bar, it's a miss — and misses are free.
Do unused credits roll over?+
On annual plans, unused credits roll over for one month. À la carte top-ups don't expire.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Enrichment pauses, or you can enable auto-top-up at à la carte rates. You can upgrade plans at any time and the change is prorated.
How much does annual billing save?+
Roughly two months free versus paying monthly — about 17% off — on Starter, Growth and Scale.
Can I white-label it or use the API?+
White-label is included from Growth up, so you can run Clean Rich under your own brand for clients. API access starts on Scale.
Where does the data come from, and is it retained?+
Records are enriched through a waterfall of providers with iData as the first-party and verification layer. Data is processed in-region and isn't resold. (Security posture shown on this concept demo is illustrative.)
